| Answer To Question 1: The Trust are no longer seeing patients with a diagnosis of POTS as it is a diagnosis that can be made in primary care and managed in primary care. It is not a cardiac diagnosis but one of dysautonomia. | |

| Answer To Question 2: The Trust do not see people out of area therefore ERS referrals are rejected. | |
