| Answer To Question 2: We have three clinical divisions, FASS, Medicine and Surgery. In terms of corporate departments we have Finance, Estates, Trust Offices, Procurement, Facilities, IT/Informatics, Transformation, Organisational Development and People and Quality Directorate. | |

Divisional Medical Director reports to Chief Operating Officer, who reports to Managing Director, who now reports to Group CEO 4. Divisional Medical Director also has a professional line management connection to Chief Medical Officer around professional standards and regulatory issues. CMO also reports to Managing Director. | |
