What has been the total cost of bank staff used to cover staff sickness in Orthopaedic and Trauma over the past three years?
 
Answer To Question 3:
The costs of bank staff for the speciality can be found on the Trust website, but unfortunately we are not able to identify which shifts were required only to cover sickness. - /about-us/
 
Question Number 4:
What is the total number of blood and bodily fluid exposures reported in the hospital over the last three years?

What percentage of those are from operating theatres?
