| Answer To Question 2: We have no report set up for this. There is no report that collates the time in BigHand and Lorenzo to give an accurate turn-around time/figure. BigHand does not produce a spreadsheet that can be interrogated so I can only give you the average information. Where we do not hit 7 days our average turnaround on BigHand only is: 鈥� 2024 - 12 days and 6,064 letters each month 鈥� 2025 - 16 days and 9478 letters each month 鈥� 2026 - 11 days and 8,871letters each month | |
