| Answer To Question 1: Policy still in discussion, in line with transfer to Group policies. | |
| Question Number 2: Gender reassignment and/or transgender guidance and policies relating to patients including policies on mixed sex /same sex accommodation - have you changed or updated these policies since 16th April 2025? If yes, please provide copies of the policies. If not, please state why not. | |
| Answer To Question 2: There was a recent peer review regarding single sex accommodation, and the Trust are still awaiting the results and are in the process of updating the policy. | |

| Answer To Question 3: We have attached the Bed Capacity Management Policy on Eolas, which was revised in Feb 2026. Q1-3 - We don鈥檛 believe any of the relevant policies have been updated since April 2025 (bar the attached) as we are waiting for further guidance from the system / ICB. This may fall into a group approach now with policies being standardised across all acute trusts across BSW.
