Please provide the following information regarding artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and digital automation software pilots within your organisation: Public Interest and Pre-emptive Disclosure Considerations: With regard to the exemptions available under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please note the following: Section 21 (Information accessible by other means): While high-level national funding announcements and successful case studies for AI are in the public domain, the specific local expenditure, terminated trial data, and internal value-for-money evaluations requested here are not proactively published. Consequently, Section 21 does not apply to this request. Section 43 (Commercial Interests): I acknowledge that details regarding specific tech vendors can carry commercial sensitivity. However, this request focuses primarily on total expenditure, project statuses, and high-level internal evaluations. If specific vendor details are deemed exempt, please anonymise the vendor names (e.g., "Vendor A") and provide the requested financial data and project outcomes. Furthermore, there is an overwhelming public interest in understanding how public taxpayer funds are utilised during AI procurement and pilot phases.
