| Question Number 1: I am investigating clinical homecare medicines services across England. By 鈥渃linical homecare medicines services鈥�, I mean services initiated or managed by the Trust which enable patients to receive ongoing medicines supply and, where relevant, associated care such as nursing support, patient training, medicine administration, monitoring or delivery at home or another non-hospital setting. This includes NHS-funded, manufacturer-funded and mixed-funded homecare medicines schemes, where this information is held by the Trust. Examples of clinical homecare providers include Healthnet, Sciensus, Lloyds Pharma Clinical Homecare, Alcura Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: Does your trust employ one or more homecare medicine services provider(s) to deliver and/or administer medicines to patients in their normal residence? If so, what is the name of the provider(s)? | |
