Question Number 1:
Please confirm whether the Trust currently uses the Optica Inpatient CCS system. If yes, please specify whether the Trust uses:

a) the Waitlist module; and/or

b) the Theatre module.

Please confirm whether the Trust currently uses any Optica software products or solutions. If yes, please specify which products/modules are in use.
 
Answer To Question 1:
Both Waitlist and Theatre modules are in use.
 
Question Number 2:
Please provide the number of patients who underwent procedures in the Trust's theatres during:

a) the most recent complete financial year; and

b) each of the previous three financial years.

If the Trust uses Optica, please provide any recorded information held by the Trust regarding the percentage change in average delayed days for patients following the implementation of Optica, including any analysis reported over:


a) 7 days;

b) 14 days; and

c) 21 days.

If this information is not held in this format, please provide any equivalent analysis, reports, or metrics relating to reductions in delayed days, length of stay, or discharge delays associated with the use of Optica.
 
Answer To Question 3:
No specific information or analysis is held on changes in productivity or patient flow linked to the implementation of Optica.
 
Question Number 4:
If the Trust uses Optica, please provide the number of patients discharged from hospital where the Trust has recorded, measured, or reported that Optica contributed to or facilitated the discharge process. If no such measure is held, please provide any equivalent discharge-related metrics used to assess the impact of Optica
