| Question Number 2: Postpartum haemorrhage ICD-10 codes For each year, please state how many delivery admissions or delivery episodes had each of the following ICD-10 codes recorded in any diagnosis position: 鈥� O72.0 鈥� Third-stage haemorrhage, including retained placenta with haemorrhage 鈥� O72.1 鈥� Other immediate postpartum haemorrhage 鈥� O72.2 鈥� Delayed and secondary postpartum haemorrhage 鈥� O72.3 鈥� Postpartum coagulation defects Please provide each code as a separate figure, not a combined total. This is a request for simple coded activity counts. I am not asking for a review of patient notes or blood-loss data. If 2025 data is incomplete, please provide the figures held and state the period covered.
