| Answer To Question 1: We have only been able to provide the data for 2025/26 as our recruitment system only keeps information for one year so we cannot provide it for 2024/25. a) The total number of midwifery vacancies which were publicly advertised by the Trust during this period (breakdown by AfC band) 17 total midwifery vacancies were publicly advertised in 2025/26. - 3 band 5 roles. - 6 band 6 roles. - 8 band 7 roles. b)The total number of applications received for these advertised roles (breakdown by AfC band) 462 total number of applications received across all vacancies. - 289 number of applications for band 5 roles. - 143 number of applications for band 6 roles. - 30 number of applications for band 7 roles. c.
