| Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information regarding the uptake of Vitamin K prophylaxis for newborn babies within your Trust for the calendar years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025: 鈥� The total number of live births recorded by the Trust's maternity services for each year. 鈥� How many of those infants received Vitamin K via intramuscular injection. 鈥� How many of those infants received Vitamin K orally. 鈥� How many infants were recorded as not receiving Vitamin K prophylaxis (e.g., due to parental refusal/opt-out).
