| Answer To Question 5: Operational Performance • Please provide copies of any current KPIs or SLAs used to measure parking management performance. KPIs will be used to monitor the performance of the Supplier and the Service with a view that both the Supplier and the Authority will have the opportunity to make suggestions for the improvement of the performance of the Contract and service delivery for the duration of the Contract. Failure to meet a KPI will result in remedial action to get the Supplier back on track. • Response times within 24 hours for maintenance and repairs, including breakdowns and vandalism to equipment, excluding bank holidays and weekends – expected to be 98%. • At least 94% of all number plates recognised (regardless of speed and time of day). • Planned maintenance visits carried out on-time and in accordance with the specification at least 98%. • The Trust should have access to the supplier system at least 98% of the time KPI’s will be reviewed throughout the life of the contract. At discretion of the Trust In the event that the Supplier fails to meet the KPI target for the same KPI on 3 consecutive occasions or on more than 4 occasions during a rolling 9 month period, one of the following outcomes will apply: 1. The Supplier will be back on track and providing a Service in accordance with the KPI’s resulting in the Trust approving a rectification plan. 2. The Trust will reject the rectification plan which could result in the supplier being terminated from the contract (with any associated fees at the expense of the supplier). 3. The issue is escalated to the Dispute Resolution Process and Escalation process as detailed in the SBS Call off Terms & Conditions. • Please provide details of any service credits or penalties issued against the contractor in the last 3 years. As of the date of this response, no formal soft market testing or preliminary market engagement has been undertaken in relation to any future parking management procurement. • Please confirm the anticipated procurement route for any future parking management tender.
