| Question Number 1: Further to the response for FOI 9490 - Please can could you answer one follow up question to help me understand the broader context of your response: You kindly supplied an FDP product tracker document for the trust from January 2026. In this document, it refers to the Outpatient Care Co-ordination module as 'withdrawn' at two out of three of your sites, GWH and RUH. Please could you explain why this module was withdrawn and also supply any copies of documents that refer directly to the decision to withdraw or are concerned with the internal evaluation of these products within the trust/at those two sites. | |
| Answer To Question 1: The decision to not proceed with the implementation of the OP FDP module at GWH was taken in November/December 2024, when it was determined that there was insufficient support being provided from the central Palantir/FDP team to enable the appropriate implementation of this module to meet the GWH OP team goals. The resource constraint within the Palantir/FDP team related to the fact that their priority at that time was to redevelop the OP module as part of a wider FDP workstream before relaunching a more useful "fit for purpose" module in the future. | |
