| Answer To Question 2: The Trust use Reusable or replacement pump heads; Wall-mounted dispensers; and Dispenser bottles in Theatres. The bottles are from Ecolab, the wall mounted dispenser have been installed for a couple of years and the reusable pumps heads we believe are from Ecolab. | |

| Question Number 5: If your Trust has a standardised patient decolonisation protocol, please confirm whether 4% chlorhexidine products form part of the protocol and identify the product(s) used. | |
| Answer To Question 5: The Trust does have a standard patient decolonisation protocol for the management of MRSA positive patients, and 4% CHG scrub is used. The use of 4% CHG prior to insertion of prosthetics or implants/arthroplasty may also be indicated based on a specific patient pathway. | |
