| Answer To Question 3: See attached - For column 3 - Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) 鈥� There is no unique ICD-10 code for IBD. For coding purposes, this would need to be specified as either Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis before a definitive code can be assigned.
