| Answer To Question 2: Shires Ltd who designed and installed it; Commissions for Stars Appeal funded elements of the whole building were overseen by a Steering group and by procurement rules at the time. The steering group reported into the main Project Team. The housing for the tank was commissioned separately as an add on to the building programme - tank designed and fitted by Porton Aquatics. | |
