| Answer To Question 1: See attached for details of the the Preferred Supplier List ("PSL") that is currently in place. Following review of the procurement records, the Trust has not identified a specific standalone Master Vendor contract with ID Medical. The available contract relates to a Preferred Supplier List ("PSL") arrangement comprising multiple suppliers, of which ID Medical Group Limited is one. The internal governance documentation confirms that SFT considered Master Vendor, Neutral Vendor and PSL operating models and elected to continue with the PSL model.
