Where the individuals requested above are publicly identified on the Trust website, please provide the direct URL to their individual profile. A generic Board or Executive Team link is not sufficient where an individual page exists. This request is deliberately limited to the Trust's five largest elective waiting-list areas and information already held by the Trust. I am not asking the Trust to undertake new analysis or create new information. | |
| Answer To Question 4: There is no one person responsible for approving additional elective capacity; is a team decision. This decision is made in discussion with the Theatre Management Team and the Divisional Director of Operations for each clinical division. There is an annual planning exercise when the Divisional Management Team look at demand and capacity to define capacity allocations for the year and then any increase or decrease to that in year is managed on clinical priority and is approved within the divisional management team structure. | |
