| Question Number 1: In this request, "chargeable overseas visitor" means a patient assessed by the Trust as not eligible for free NHS hospital treatment under the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 2015. "Maternity care" means antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care, including delivery. It does not include gynaecology, gynaecological oncology, or termination of pregnancy, which the Department of Health and Social Care guidance confirms is not a maternity service. Please answer for each of the financial years 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 separately, counting invoices by the date the invoice was raised rather than the date treatment was given.
