| Question Number 1: I am writing following NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB's response to BSW-2606-116, which advised that SA国际传媒 may hold provider-level information relating to endometriosis and adenomyosis. If an item is not held in an existing report/document or cannot be retrieved without manual patient-record review, please simply state that and provide the remaining items. To keep the request proportionate, please use existing reports, coded data and current documents only. I am not asking for a manual review of individual patient records. Please provide: 1.
