| Question Number 1: I am writing to request information under the applicable Freedom of Information legislation concerning the provision of follow-up, rehabilitation, outreach and related services to people living with spinal cord injury at your spinal cord injury centre. The purpose of this request is to understand how access to specialist spinal cord injury services is managed following discharge from initial inpatient rehabilitation, including waiting times, follow-up arrangements, outreach provision and whether there are recorded differences in access between different patient groups. I am seeking aggregate, anonymised information only. I am not requesting names, NHS numbers, addresses, dates of birth or any other information that would identify individual patients. Where disclosure of a particular figure could risk identifying an individual patient, please provide the information in an appropriate aggregated form or suppression/banded format rather than withholding the entire dataset. If some of the information requested is held by another organisation, please identify the organisation you believe holds it, where you are able to do so. Please also identify any information requested above that is not held, rather than treating the absence of information as a refusal. I would be grateful if you could provide the following information for the three financial years 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26, where available. If information is held for a different reporting period, please provide the closest equivalent period and state the period used. Waiting lists and access to follow-up 1. Please provide the number of patients on waiting lists for: - routine spinal cord injury follow-up; - specialist spinal cord injury outpatient clinics; - rehabilitation; - other planned spinal cord injury-related clinical review, as at 31 March 2024, 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2026, or the nearest available dates. | |
