| Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 where applicable), I request the following recorded information. I am a disabled person building , a free, non-commercial accessibility map of the UK. It shows disabled people where accessible toilets, Blue Badge bays and step-free entrances actually are. Hospital sites matter more than almost anywhere else, because we have no choice about going to them. I am not asking how many designated disabled parking spaces you have 鈥� that is already published for every site in the annual Estates Returns Information Collection and I have taken it from there. I am asking for the four things ERIC does not record. Location of designated disabled parking bays. For each site the Trust operates: which car park, and grid reference, latitude/longitude or postcode if held. | |
| Answer To Question 1: Salisbury Hospital is all one site with a number of car parks across the site. The Postcode is SP2 8BJ. The car parks with bays marked for disabled users are Car Park 3 (44), Car Park 5 (11), Car Park 6 (6), Car Park 7 (17), Car Park 12 (9), Maternity Car Park (5), The Green Car Park (17). | |

| Question Number 3: Changing Places toilets. For each site, whether the Trust has a facility meeting BS 8300, where it is, and its opening arrangements. | |
| Answer To Question 3: Changing Places facility is located in the L3 main street corridor by Sarum Entrance and is accessible via a RADAR key and available during 6.00am and 10.00pm. If access is required outside these hours, outside the Main Entrance doors at L3, there is a buzzer to Switchboard who will be able to help in arranging access. | Question Number 4: 4. Step-free entrances and accessible drop-off. For each site, which entrances are step-free, and where any designated accessible drop-off point is. If any of this already exists as a spreadsheet, GIS layer, access audit, AccessAble survey or estates plan, please send it in the format it is already in.
