We have also reduced our use of high carbon meat by 60% by reducing the meat in each recipe and mixing it with plant based meat substitute. | |

| Answer To Question 7: Menus are the main communication Patient Menus Food choices are made at ward level, taken electronically via an app called Civica Saffron. This allows ward staff to see all menus available, including vegan and vegetarian options, allergens, complete ingredient list | |
