I haven鈥檛 heard from the hospital and I鈥檓 worried that they may not have received my referral.

If you have not heard from the hospital, please contact your GP in the first instance. They will be able to check with us whether the referral has been received.

I cannot attend the outpatient appointment I have been offered.

I cannot attend the scan appointment I have been offered.

I cannot attend the date I have been offered to have chemotherapy.

Please contact your chemotherapy scheduler in the first instance, their contact details will be confirmed on your appointment letter. If it is the day of your appointment and you are unable to attend, please contact the Pembroke Suite on 01722 336 262 ext 3169.

I cannot attend the date I have been offered to have surgery.

Please contact your Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team to discuss. If you are unable to reach them, please contact the Central Booking department on 01722 345 543.

I鈥檓 upset and worried about my diagnosis or treatment.
